Nourished Space aims to create a stronger community by supporting individuals on their mental and physical health journeys. It’s founder, Fiona, focusses on breath, food, movement and connection as the four pillars of good health. Our goal in creating this brand was to create a space that felt welcoming and supportive for individuals seeking help with their health, and to communicate the importance of these four pillars to her vision.
